Alright, so I acknowledge that I’m getting obsessive over my workouts. I have been doing 2 a days for 3 weeks. So today I am going to be okay with 1 workout. My body needs a break and I need to heed to that. I think some yoga and meditation is in order to get in-tune with my body again. Taking a little break is perfectly fine. :)
The time I finally bring a ziplock container on pasta Tuesdays to bring home, they run out of pasta -_-
